In November 2016, Soabar made a significant investment in Konica Minolta’s C71cF Digital Label Press to enhance our label printing capabilities. Following this, we decided to further elevate our digital printing process by purchasing the AB Graphics Digicon Lite finishing equipment, a strategic move aimed at ensuring the highest possible quality for our customers’ labels.

The Digicon Lite was selected for its advanced re-registration facility, which ensures accurate alignment for all digitally printed label stock. This is a crucial feature for achieving perfect results in digital label production. Not only does it provide precise re-registration, but the Digicon Lite also enhances the capabilities of our digital line by offering a range of finishing options that were previously unavailable in our setup.

Equipped with a semi-rotary die cutting facility and a flexo-head, the Digicon Lite allows us to varnish and laminate your labels, ensuring they are finished to the highest standards. Additionally, the system includes an auto-slitter knife setup and dual rewind, enabling us to produce finished rolls of labels directly from the C71cF digital press. This integration significantly reduces delivery times and makes the entire label production process more efficient than ever before.

At Soabar, we are committed to offering the best service and the highest quality labels. Recognizing the importance of having a complementary finishing system to work alongside our new digital press, we carefully chose the AB Graphics Digicon Lite for its ability to meet our high standards. This equipment allows us to deliver exceptionally finished labels that exceed customer expectations in both aesthetics and quality.
