Grade: Operative
Reports to: Production Manager
Full time position 37.5 hours per week
Objective:
To assist in the smooth, productive & efficient running of Label Finishing Equipment.
General duties:
● Setting up & running a variety of Label Finishing Equipment
● Equipment maintenance & upkeep
● Hand Re-reeling label rolls
● Packaging labels
● Ensure waste is kept to a minimum
● Ensure jobs are completed at set times
● Organise workload of jobs
● Fan folding labels
● Sheeting
● Collating
● Operate Heat Seal Machine
● General shop floor duties to include general house keeping around work stations
● Deliveries (If & When necessary)
● Health & Safety
This is not an exhaustive list of duties expected from our Label Finishing Operatives’ s role but an outline as to what the overall responsibilities would be.
Full training will be given on all aspects of the jobs.

● Good Maths & English
● Able to meet deadlines & manage time
● Attention to detail
● Good communication and organisation skills
● Reliable, punctual & be able to work on own initiative
