Sustainable Label Materials
Our recycled materials are made from 100% post-consumer waste bottles.
This process, from bottle to the material for your labels, is audited and certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).
Flakes from plastic bottles are extruded at high pressure to form yarn, which is then woven into our TT21 and TT50 TPU materials.
These materials are commonly used for wash care labels, but there are other uses too.

TT21
Our TT21 is a premium 100% recycled double sided polyester woven edge satin.
It is available in both white and black.
Customers choose TT21 due to it’s wash resistance up to 50°C and for it’s premium woven edge finish.
It is perfect for use in clothing items, bedding, soft furnishings and other homeware items.

TT50 (TPU)
Our TT50 TPU is an premium thermoplastic polyurethane available in white or clear.
It can either be sewn in or heat applied.
Customers choose TT50 as it takes very little time to fix into the garment, can be printed double sided and has a unique, premium look.
It is perfect for use in lightweight clothing such as sports garments and hats, in underwear and shoes.

- Decrease our water use- Our goal is to recycle 90% of the water used in the manufacturing process.
