Gold Contract
Our Gold Service Contract covers:
- All call out charges and labor costs
- Spare part charges (with the exception of printheads, rollers and knife blades)
- 10% discount on the cost of the parts listed above
- Unlimited telephone support during office hours (8.30am – 4.30pm)
- 12 month duration
Silver Contract
Our Silver Service Contract covers:
- All call out and labor costs
- Unlimited telephone support during office hours (8.30am – 4.30pm)
- 12 month duration
Bronze Contract
Our Bronze Service Contract covers:
- Return to base labor, meaning that your machine can be returned to us for repair
- Unlimited telephone support during office hours (8.30am – 4.30pm)
- 12 month duration
Our Bronze Contract starts from just £99 per year, with monthly billing also available.
