Soabar’s Technical Department recently received an enquiry for a Toshiba TEC Thermal Printer with a fault which meant the user was completely unable to print labels. Our Engineer’s initial visit on Tuesday confirmed that the machine needed a replacement ribbon rewind module. Sourcing the correct part for the machine was completed and thanks to our excellent suppliers we were back in on site to fit the parts on Thursday of the same week.
Our fast and efficient service meant our customer was back printing labels in as short a time as possible, proving that Soabar are well placed to service ALL makes of thermal printers including Zebra, Toshiba, SATO and Printronix as well as Avery, Cab and GoDex.
