The Soabar DCQ 2-colour thermal transfer label printer is our high end industrial label printing solution.
Ideal for printing chemical labels on demand even in the toughest of environments.

The DCQ thermal label printer benefits from having two print heads located to the top of the material (each printing a different colour), to allow printing of your own chemical labels on demand and in house.

Model Specifications

There are two variations to the DCQ printer. Choose either 4″ print width or 6″ print width, the latter with a hard wearing head. 
Both print at 300dpi and reach print speeds of 300mm/s, in addition to having a 10″ material roll diameter and up to 450m ink ribbon capacity, reducing downtime.

Optimisation

Labels on both printers are guided through in a centred position, which results in precise print images. 
Ribbon saving is automated on Print Head 1, which significantly reduces running costs. Images are printed continuously and there is no back feed. 

Additional Features

The DCQ series printers also offer a range of attachments including a cutter, cutter stacker or rewind unit allowing you to put your labels back onto rolls so they can go through your applicator.
