Soabar T2 Plus Series Thermal Washcare Printer

Here at Soabar, we consider ourselves to be at the forefront of technological innovation. This enables us to provide our customers with the highest quality service and products, and to supply to them label machines which are reliable, efficient and suited exactly to their requirements. The most recent addition to our thermal label printers meets these criteria exactly, and it is quite literally hot off of the press! Not only does it print onto polyester, satin and card, it also comes complete with its own comprehensive design system pre-programmed with care symbols galore. This blog post is designed to introduce both existing and new customers to the new T2 plus textile printer, and we’re confident that after reading about all of its incredible features, you’ll come to love it just as much as we do!

Back in May when we decided to introduce the T2 plus to our range of thermal printers, we had a pretty big hunch that it would become a huge hit with both our technical department and our customers alike. We couldn’t have been any more correct! Since signing and delivering the first machine, we’ve heard nothing but positive reviews about its ease of use, the quality of labels produced and its pleasing aesthetics. So what’s all the fuss about?

The T2 plus label printer stands head and shoulders above the rest of the “˜T’ range, as it boasts a range of multi-functional features. It does not solely print and cut card labels, but it can also produce satin and polyester labels also. This means that now only one machine is required to carry out a range of jobs, whereas previously you may have needed both a T4M printer and an 8 Series Single Card printer, for example. If you are looking at buying your first label printing machine from us, then purchasing the T2 plus thermal printer could potentially be a more cost-effective option for your business.

Using thermal transT2 plus printerfer technology, the T2 plus printer is available in 200, 300 or 600 DPI resolutions. This allows for a high quality print regardless of your budget, and therefore labels which are aesthetically pleasing and consumer-ready. But in this instance, a professional finish does not have to come with a complex, hard to use operating system. Instead, the control panel consists of a perfectly sized back lit 3.2 inch touch screen display, one power button, a singular control key and one calibration button. Forget the times when there was a multitude of modes and programmes which would leave you scratching your head in confusion. Now the T2 plus thermal printer will link directly to your company computers using the Wi-Fi print server module or Bluetooth, making sending a job to your printer stress free. Additionally, it is compatible with a range of software such as Windows 7 and 8.1, as well as Android devices and a MAC driver. Whether it is bar-code printing, care labeling or transferring your own design that you are looking for, the T2 plus printer can do it all!

Sitting proudly on your work surface measuring 18.3″ (L 465mm), 12.13″ (H 308.20mm), 10.65″ (W 270.71mm) and weighing only 13.6KG, the T2 plus thermal printer is capable of cutting and stacking labels up to 100mm wide and printing onto a variety of substrates such as nylon and polyester satins. Whether the surrounding operating environment is 5ºC or 40ºC, the printer will run effectively and efficiently, printing labels from ribbons as long as 450m in length. Do you have a large number of different jobs that you need to print quickly? The T2 plus printer will be sure to keep up, with a Flash memory of 128MB (SDRAM 32MB) and a printing speed of up to  120 labels per minute (254mm/s). No job is too small or too large, and with Soabar helping you both set up and run your machine, printing your labels really will be hassle-free.

The T2 plus printer really is a magnificent machine that will suit almost all of your labeling requirements.
